We are currently hiring for a talented Software Engineer to join a market-leading FinTech. Whilst they are a very established company they have a relatively new and modern engineering department in London. As a result, they can offer you greenfield development and complex problems to solve whilst enjoying a high level of autonomy and influence within the Spotify squads model.

Their SaaS platform is built with a microservices architecture with multiple web/mobile applications built on top. They use Java 11 on the back end and they are leveraging a combination of open source and third-party libraries/frameworks such as Eureka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch and Pivotal Cloud Foundry. Other technologies they use include Kotlin, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, CloudBees, Angular 6/8, TypeScript and many more!

Essential requirements:


- Experience with Java 8 and Java 11

- Good coding ability with JavaScript and experience using Angular 6/7

- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases

- Experience with various cloud-based technologies

- Experience with REST API design and microservices architecture.
