Hays have been approached by an award-winning UK mailing and printing specialist based in Radstock, near Bath, who are looking for a new Senior IT Service Desk Analyst.

Your new role
As the new Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing 2nd line desktop support and excellent customer service to the organisation's internal clients. You will join an exciting team environment to provide proactive and reactive support whilst responding quickly to enquiries using your strong problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities include:
* To provide second line desktop support to the user base at any company location.
* Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided.
* Troubleshooting network, hardware and software issues.
* Maintain and audit inventory of hardware and software.
* Create and maintain process documentation.
* Coach and mentor other members of the team.

What you need to succeed
* Experience of working in a Service Desk/ Help Desk environment.
* Experience with all Microsoft desktop operating systems.
* A desire to keep up to date with current industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Excellent customer service skills
* A good understanding of networks.

What you will get in return
A salary of up to £28000 with excellent company benefits. These benefits include 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays, pension contribution, life assurance, on site gym and on site parking.
