TEKsystems are currently working with a client in Edinburgh who are looking to bring on board an experienced QA Engineer as they look to increase their numbers due to large piece of work. They are looking for someone who can help consult the company on the best tools to use, best automation practices and be able to help improve processes through their level of experience and knowledge and by sharing their examples of where things have worked best in the past.As part of this role, the QA engineer is required to perform all quality assurance related activities from planning through to implementation with a combination of automation and manual methods.

Essentials:

Test Automation with Cucumber, Protractor and Postman

BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) using cucumber

API Automation Testing

Typescript

Container Technologies (Docker, Azure, Kubernetes (AKS) )

Agile Experience
