Position Summary:

Work will be primarily be focused on our Cloud POS EPOS product and our eCommerce solution. We are working to re-architect the ecommerce software, and improve the architecture, scalability and reliability of the Cloud POS platform.

* Developing industry leading solutions together with your team;

* Write software which is thoroughly tested and adheres to our code review standards;

* Ensure all work follows company standards and is properly managed thru our JIRA issue management platform;

* Work closely with your team and other development teams as well as QA engineers, product and project managers;

Job Qualifications

Web development experience essential:

Role

As Senior Game Developer, you will be part of a high-quality development team, developing machine gambling games.

  • Code video-based machine gambling games according to the game specifications and always follow company software best practices
  • Work closely with the other Senior Game Producers to assist with game technical and statistical specification, developing efficient and optimal methods for graphical presentation and running simulators to assist with mathematical game construction
  • Work closely with the graphics team to coordinate the production of art assets in a timely fashion, an appropriate order and an appropriate format for use in the game
  • Work closely with the QA team to address bugs and other issues in a timely fashion and to a high quality
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the rest of the development team to address overarching software issues and innovate new methodologies for use in game development with the consent and support of the wider team
  • Understand the product roadmap and the logistical and commercial consequences of not completing projects on time

Requirements

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have a proven track record of developing graphical video-based applications.

  • Having worked in a software role creating graphical video-based applications
  • Must be highly competent in C++
  • Familiar with DirectX environments
  • Familiar with code repositories such as SVN/Git
