Main Purpose of the Job: 

  • To promote the availability, performance, security, effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation and maintenance of assigned infrastructure and services (both on-premise and cloud).

  • Identifying gaps in services and highlighting underlying performance, recommending solutions where known, to contribute to the improvement of services.

THE ROLE

- Providing support for the network administration, network support and end user support

- Cost effectively managing the company communication system including the provision of mobile phones, digital cameras and other portable equipment
