About MySense
MySense is a wellbeing AI platform that learns an individual’s behavioural patterns to help identify changes in health and emerging care needs. We use data from an array of fixed passive sensors placed around an individual’s home and a wearable device. Sensors pick up key activities (approximately 5,000 data points). Our machines learn a personalised weighting model that can present insights indicating a change in a person's level of independence (their ability to self-care e.g. feed, bathe, toilet, move, sleep, etc) as well as highlight atypical or unexpected events.
We sell B2B. Our customers are Councils, Retirement Communities, Housing Associations and Care Providers. The insights are presented on a web-based dashboard and on an app, and are designed to prompt action to manage emerging care needs before they escalate. Users can also nominate caregivers to receive notifications about insights via the app.
We’re different because our AI isn’t an after-thought, it’s what has driven us from the start. We’re collecting action-based data and our data scientists and clinical researchers are building and refining our algorithms in house. We’re Web 3.0 ready. Our users control the use of their data and can share it with whomever they choose.
