Technical Support

We are currently looking for a technically-minded person to join as full-time permanent members of our technical support team at our UK headquarters.

The role mainly involves providing front-line support for our software products to our customers and partners, along with the development and maintenance of technical resources, but with the opportunity to expand into other technical aspects of the business. The main focus would be on our clients applications but some time would also be spent working with other products in our portfolio.

This position would suit someone who would be comfortable talking to our clients users and partners, is quick to acquire technical information, able to work both independently and with other members of the team, and willing to take the initiative in looking for ways to improve the products and how we work. Key points of the role are outlined below.

Technical support
