Job Title: CCO Onboarding Manager

Location: London

Corporate Title: Vice President

Capital, Control and Operations (CCO) is transforming the way Deutsche Bank distributes and uses data by providing tools and standards that enable us to understand sources and consumers of data and its quality.  You will be responsible for providing overarching guidance to the Consumers and Publishers looking to onboard to CCO and Enterprise Analytical Platform (EAP) ensuring that their onboarding journey is transparency and meets their timescales whilst also helping to build out automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve agility.  You will be responsible for defining and designing standards and policies for consumers and publishers to onboard to CCO across an enterprise wide federated data sourcing model

Your key responsibilities

  • Development data services and support clients by using JSON, SQL and Rest Application Programme Interfaces
  • Build a technical understanding of both the CCO and EAP platforms to support publishers and consumers
  • Liaise with business sponsors, producers and consumers to establish a data contract for any changes and ensure the contract is implemented to enable agility and stability of the platform
  • Ensure deliveries meet the design and development standards of the department and the bank
  • Help drive the application roadmap to improve agility and automation of onboarding

Your skills and experience

  • Design background with experience in data platforms and data sourcing solutions
  • Significant experience in agile development methodologies (preferably Scaled Agile Framework - SAFE)
  • Demonstrable strong influencing and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in Information Technology (IT) delivery and architecture, application design and programming in a large enterprise working on mission-critical IT systems
  • Designs innovative, sustainable solutions and challenges colleagues to do the same, pushing the boundaries of what is possible to deliver potential for higher levels of organisational performance

Market Risk (MR) implements and maintains systems to support Value at Risk numbers for the Bank driving Limits and Trading and regulatory practices within Deutsche Bank.
