Requirements:

Provide technical leadership, implement and drive innovative strategies and methods, and help to develop and maintain the overall technology roadmap.

This role reports in to the board, you'll have an overall duty as part of the senior leadership to help define and deliver the future vision of the company, by filtering that down through the Engineering team, showing innovation qualities, and facilitating overall success and

We're looking for someone who is a confident people manager, who can provide support and lead by example. You'll ideally have a strong software engineering background, with significant hands on development skills. This role will sit above the hands-on coding duties, but you'll need to be in-touch with the latest emerging tools and technologies.
