• Ideally 3 years' Java development experience

This role will gradually lead to a hands on developer lead position after you have proven your abality to work as a senior developer. This role is still going to be a hands on developer role this is going to be a great opportunity for a Mid to Senior developer who is looking to take a step towards a management role in the next few years while still using their main development skills to add value to the business while you gain a real understanding of the systems you will be leading the team on.
