Role

  • The role will produce documentation for the production release of analytics developed by the pre-sales team.

As MI Analyst you will ideally be degree educated within Maths and/or Computing, with the ability to produce and configure charts, graphs and tables and ideally have a beginners understanding of SQL.  This is a fantastic challenge for a recent graduate looking for their first steps within the MI space.

Any  previous experience of SAP BI, Pan Intelligence is beneficial but not essential for this hire.

  • Encompass "pre-sales" applications relating to Creation, Development, Evaluation, Brief Management, bring a functional and technical support with minor coding.

  • Resolve commercial applications incidents and fulfil Service Requests

  • Lead corrective change including design, build, deployment, testing and training

  • Ensure timely ticket resolution

You:

University Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and at least 1 to 2 years' experience in Applications Support role

ITIL certification - desirable

Excellent written and communication skills in English.

Ability to diagnose system issues based on available system documentation such as Use Cases and Technical designs.

Provide technical specifications to the development team and able to fulfil unit test

Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Project management experience is a plus.

Good analytical, written, presentation and communication skills.

Technical Knowledge

  • Hands on Oracle, SQL programming and troubleshooting expertise.
  • J2EE (and Websphere) hands on troubleshooting experience.
  • Datastage/Webmethod understanding.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC an advantage
