A HR MI Analyst job - working for an leading Legal Firm in Central Manchester, up to £35k

Your new company
You will be working for a highly successful Law Firm, at their prestigious Manchester City Centre office, to support the HR Systems Manager with the implementation of a major HR system (WORKDAY).

Your new role
You will be working within the core HR project team to deliver a new HR system, and will support activities relating to the migration of data from legacy systems to the new HR system, validating and testing and working with the business to ensure continuity of reporting capability as well as MI analytics. You will be involved with data cleansing, population, automation and validation of data, as well as data quality, and designing and building reports and dashboards.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of the following:
- Strong MS Excel skills - highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data as required
- Proven track record of delivering reports and dashboards using HR / People data
- Ideally worked with Tier1 HR system such as Workday / Oracle etc

The Role
Reporting into the Test Manager on a given testing assignment, the role will be carried out at a wide variety of client sites. Central to the role is the definition, development and execution of technical testing throughout the complete development lifecycle, from project initiation through to delivery.
Responsibilities
*You will produce Test Approaches modelled around using Test automation as the base
*You will produce Integration Automation Test scripts, data and scenarios in accordance with the documented approach.
*You will embed, Run and maintain the automated tests prescribed within the Automation
*You will work with the Technical Lead and other resources across the development and environments teams to rectify and retest issues encountered during testing.
Experience Required
