In your new role as an MI Analyst working with us, you can expect to be challenged, as we will give you as much responsibility as you can handle.
As an MI Analyst, you will produce reports relating to incidents and priority on issues in our growing Business Systems department! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data and has an analytical mind.
About the team:
You'll be part of the Incident team, producing data and reports to minimise customer detriment and business impact through immediate and accurate analysis.
You will:
- Analyse historical and real time business data, systems and trends across a number of platforms.
- Create, analyse and provide precise management information, reporting and forecasting when required.
- Provide support to the wider business with system related enquiries/issues.
- Identify trends and interpret information to help make proposals that will assist the Customer Service and Incident Management team.
- Create business models to constantly assess the performance of the department.
- Develop and implement process improvements.

Additional Information
Shift: Monday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am to 5pm, Thursday 9am to 4.45pm & Friday 9am to 5pm (36 hours per week).
Essential Skills
About you:
- Knowledge and experience of SQL, Power Pivots and Microsoft packages (advanced Excel skills are essential).
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail.
- Be able to communicate at all levels, having the confidence in your own analysis and recommendations given.
- Logical thought process and the ability to solve problems quickly using your initiative in a pressurised environment.
- Have an inquisitive mind and challenge processes to ensure we are putting customers first always.
