We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly accomplished online SharePoint Developer to join a large organisation based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

The SharePoint Developer will be a natural and experienced leader, from an agile Sprint culture. Personality is key to this role, as the SP Dev will support in a customer facing capacity, assisting Lead Architects with complex projects and translation of technical information in lay terms for customer understanding. The Global Technology Team is responsible for the delivery of Technology services to the rest of the company. About the role

Assist the Development Team in the production of code as required by the Principal Software Developer. Follow QA procedures as defined by the wider Development Team. Gain knowledge and understanding of a least one Group business sectors.

*Assist Principal Developer in creation of new systems/processes. Be able to work unsupervised on tasks set by the Principal Developer.

*Assist in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions as defined by the Application Delivery Director(s).

*Understand standard systems development lifecycle processes and apply methodology effectively on projects.

*Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve productivity.

*Understands project and development plans and is able work towards project goals and timelines

*Adheres to defined coding standards.

*Establish responsible deadlines and personal work plans.

*Follow the Functional and Technical guidance of the Principal Developer in the production of internal and external systems for the group.

*Incorporate the latest security requirements.

*Assist in the creation of suitable system and user documentation for systems.

About you

*Proven experience in developing applications, web parts and master/layout pages for SharePoint Online

*Experience of working with the SharePoint Add-In/App model

*Good understanding of the SharePoint platform and capabilities (including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, Site Designs) and scripting (JavaScript, jQuery)

*Good web applications development experience (C#/VB.net, ASP.net, MVC,CSS,HTML5,SQL)

*Good knowledge of troubleshooting SharePoint issues

*Development in a SharePoint environment for Reporting, Intranet and Document Management

*Experience with Central Administration, lists, content types, workflows etc.
*Familiarity with Azure Storage and Function
*Experience with other products in SharePoint ecosystems such as AvePoint, Metalogix, Sharegate, Quest etc.

A dynamic internationally recognised business is looking for a WordPress Web Developer to join its growing team based near to Farringdon. 

In this varied role, you will help develop and enhance high-profile, high-traffic business-related web sites. The roles will help form the start of a new development function and be a great mix of new product development, enhancements, and maintenance.

 To be suitable for this role you must have experience working in a Web Developer, WordPress Specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of working on multiple complex enterprise-level WordPress sites. 

Further to the above you will need proven experience with CSS3, HTML5, PHP, MySQL and Javascript and any experience with API integrations would be highly advantageous to your application.
