  • Design, develop, and manage site content and capabilities and provide daily onsite maintenance of the existing SharePoint portals.

The ICG Production Services organisation provides business critical application management and support to our ICG clients globally. 

The CTI Infrastructure Services Delivery organization, through efficient provision and effective use of infrastructure, are uniquely positioned to deliver tangible benefit to ICG, alongside a best in class service from the global CTI organization. The Continuous Service and Infrastructure Improvement (CSII) team, is a small team accountable for having a big impact. We are responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives in support of our organisational objectives to deliver the needs of the Institutional Clients Group.

Your role in our team would encompass the following and more:

Working within ICG Production Management and Service Delivery, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about both operational and non-operational day to day activities across a global application and infrastructure support organisation that directly enables the needs of the Institutional Clients Group
  • Partnership with Production Support and Infrastructure delivery teams to proactively deepen understanding of our business, technologies and streamline processes to continuously improve ourselves and the service we deliver

    • Partner with teams to create capacity and track re-investment against priority stability and coverage projects
    • Partner with teams to ensure a fully accurate application on-boarding pipeline and support coverage view across ICG

  • Execute in-depth data analysis with interpretive thinking to determine the best business decisions to our biggest organisational challenges
  • Review the use of data in the organisation – both online and manual – are we making the best use of the data available to us in the most efficient way?

  • Learn about both operational and non-operational day to day activities across a global application and infrastructure support organisation that directly enables the needs of the Institutional Clients Group
  • Partnership with Production Support and Infrastructure delivery teams to proactively deepen understanding of our business, technologies and streamline processes to continuously improve ourselves and the service we deliver
  • Scope, structure and execute strategic initiatives in support of our objectives for the next 18-24 months. Examples include:
    • Manual Touch Point reduction with focus on eliminating the highest risk and highest effort manual touches from our environment
    • Study the impact of best in class solution adoption across our applications, infrastructure and teams by taking a data-driven approach to identifying key benefit items and measuring success
    • Partner with teams to create capacity and track re-investment against priority stability and coverage projects
    • Partner with teams to ensure a fully accurate application on-boarding pipeline and support coverage view across ICG

  • Execute in-depth data analysis with interpretive thinking to determine the best business decisions to our biggest organisational challenges
  • Review the use of data in the organisation – both online and manual – are we making the best use of the data available to us in the most efficient way?
  • Report complex data in a comprehensive, user friendly and repeatable manner

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Extensive industry or service improvement experience

We specialise in the production and supply of high grade, sustainable diesel made from waste fats and oils deliberately excluding any raw materials that could also be used for food or feed.

The Role:

To support the IT department to provide a reliable and efficient service based on leading-edge applications and systems to help ensure the ongoing and continued success of our organisation.

Working as part of a small but supportive team the Oracle Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting key applications delivering a high level of service to the business in assisting with pre-release testing, implementation, deployment and documentation as well as providing robust support to end users.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Supporting and maintaining key applications with specific emphasis on Oracle Fusion
  • Management of planned and ad-hoc projects, control of change and release management, system enhancements and direct liaison with providers
