  • Advanced knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos Marathon)
  • Expertise with Linux and all surrounding flavours is a huge bonus
  • Experience with Terraform

Senior Full-stack developer

This is an exciting new opportunity to work as a Senior Full-stack developer with a client I am working with in Summertown.

The job role will require taking a team lead in architecting project solutions and ensuring their successful delivery. This will require investigating viable routes in new projects requiring complex software integrations with third party services and APIs, documenting these and managing the development teams in delivering these projects within the agreed scope, budget and timeframe.

In this role, you’ll be coaching a Junior SDET, teaching them the best ways of working to maximise the highest level of quality for their SaaS product. Working collaboratively with their Engineers and other stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain an automation framework for their website
  • Create a test plan and look at areas where testing processes can be improved
  • Integrate the tests within the CI/CD pipeline

What are we Looking For?

  • 3+ years experienced in automation testing
  • 1+ years’ experience in building frameworks from scratch (ideally using Selenium WebDriver), languages include, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby etc.
  • Experienced in using industry-leading tools such as Jira, Git, CircleCI etc.
  • Depth of experience within an Agile environment

You'll interact with and advise external technical stakeholders, including GSMA members and other industry players participating in project collaborations, and also monitor and research technological trends in financial and digital inclusion.

  • Programming logic and knowledge in 2 languages (Java, JavaScript, PHP or Python)
