Key skills & experience required:

  • Global Procurement Transformation projects delivery experience.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes or experience working with AP teams +5 years' experience

BA responsibilities for the candidate will include:

  • Support the design and implementation of changes which are in alignment with the global Procurement Design for Fusion (Global Template).
  • Ensuring the Procurement and Expenses (P&E) system and processes effectively address the business' functional and process needs from an intercompany recharge and P&E perspective.
  • Undertake business process modelling (BPM) and design for the Procurement & Expenses functionality using the Fusion platform.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings with SMEs to discuss and further define requirements as needed.
  • Develop Business and Functional Specification Documents.
  • Functional analysis, process and operational design, supporting the technical solution architects, interpretation of requirements, contribution around change and implementation approach for impacted stakeholders.
  • Manage of interdependencies across other Fusion modules and legacy systems.
  • Define and consult on procurement content to be configured in Fusion.
  • Understand of Oracle supplier data requirements.
  • Engagement with key stakeholders to playback analysis output.
  • Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for the Fusion Technical and Design Authority teams with regards to the Global Template design (including its design variations) and change requests to it
  • Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions; obtain support from and influence stakeholders for changes including requirements, scope, risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Work with the wider programme team and Workstream Lead on issue management and resolution.

You would be working in a diverse environment with a SQL Server estate which will be migrating to the cloud.

Large scale enterprise SQL Server environment. For success you must have a very solid SQL Server background at top DBA level. There are ongoing projects in trend to migrating they're on premises IaaS onto Azure.

Successful candidate will be expected to have some Azure / PaaS knowledge, but our client is flexible on cloud experience and are prepared to give lots of exposure, training and development around Azure PaaS, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Core Requirements:

  • MSSQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2017
  • Database administration both on premise and in cloud platforms
  • SQL Server estate = 40 DBs on-prem/IaaS & 70 DBs in Azure PaaS
  • Automation using (IaC) Terraform
  • Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS & SaaS
  • If you do not have Azure but are very strong on PowerShell for automation or IaC tools such as Terraform then you will also be of interest!
