Harrington Starr is currently working with a Leading global financial trading company based in the City of London who are looking for a Hands on software enginerr/ Analyst Developer on a permanent basis to join a strong team of Developers working on their front office trading platform. 

As an Analyst Developer/ Software engineer you will be joining a very busy IT Development team, which primarily develops, supports and maintain solutions for financial Trading activity of the firm  This role will gradually lead to a full Manager position after initial term. This role is still going to be a hands on developer role this is going to be a great opportunity for a Mid to Senior developer who is looking to take a step towards a management role in the next few years while still using their main development skills to add value to the business while you gain a real understanding of the systems you will be leading the team on.

  • Strong interpersonal, consultative selling and closing skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-driven sense of motivation, hunter mentality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
