• A strong analytical background
• Experience working in Defence in the UK, particularly in the public sector
• Management Consulting skills
• Ability to work at senior to junior levels within organisations
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
• Advanced Excel skills to help analyse and visualise quantitative data
• Knowledge and experience of Excel VBA
• Understanding of Project and Portfolio Management best practice

This is a permanent home-based position with client-site travel as when and needed across the UK. The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of hands-on Development experience and possess additional coding experience, ideally in SQL and/or .Net, Python, VBA etc.

You must also have strong client stakeholder communication skills, with a real drive to improve ways of working and the ability to work well under pressure.

You will also be responsible for mentoring a team of junior developers.
