+ Provide team support and product information on strategic products as assigned by manager.

Summary
In response to continued growth and client demand, our client - an established & highly successful tech firm based in Northamptonshire - are seeking an experienced Finance System Implementation Consultant on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for supporting clients through their finance and billing implementation projects, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.


Responsibilities
*Provide an exceptional level of service managing client projects, implementing a suite of bespoke finance and billing solutions,
*Successful on-boarding and servicing of clients, from project inception to handover and support beyond,
*Be the main point of contact for clients migrating from their existing finance systems, OR for new clients seeking a new finance & billing solution,
*Disseminate & persuasively promote the benefits of the company's finance products & systems to new & existing clients,
*Ad-hoc duties relevant to the role.


Requirements
Essential:
*A background in finance system implementation, migration projects & training for clients,
*Good people skills - experience communicating with finance personnel, together with a solid understanding of accounting terminology,
*Possess exceptional customer / client account management experience,
*Good analytical & problem-solving skills,
*Be a highly organised team player managing multiple products & capable of working to strict deadlines,
*Be self-motivated, assertive, proactive & possess initiative,
*Valid driving licence, willing & able to travel within the UK & occasionally Internationally to support clients as required (expenses reimbursed),
*DBS Clear.

Preferred:
*Experience of finance system implementation & management for clients,
*Education sector experience, ideally within the finance / bursar function,
*Proven experience of working in a similar role to the one described,
*QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified or part-qualified accountant or proven QBE. All qualifications should be relevant and up to date,
*SYSTEMS: extensive Sage experience, cloud-based accounting (Accounts IQ preferred), MS Office incl. Excel & PowerPoint.
