An experienced Developer that enjoys working in small teams where there's a need to engage with key business system users required for this City based opportunity. The Developer will need core C#, ASP.NET, WebForms, Entity framework experience along with strong SQL Server database skills including performance tuning. Our client has a diverse range of interests in the property sector and is one of the leaders in their field. The role will focus on the management, maintenance and ongoing development of their core Property Asset system which is an in-house developed application hosted in Azure. There are plans for major redevelopment of the system for which this Developer will be pivotal in leading on. The portfolio consists of a range of applications including Financial, Asset Forecasting and Property Management systems. In addition to the core development/coding aspects of the role (circ 60/70%) there is also an element of Requirements Gathering, DevOps and 3rd Line Support.
