The successful candidate will report directly to the Partner Support Manager and this document describes the role and the knowledge, skills and attributes required.

Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

+ Create sales opportunities by proactively targeting new and existing resellers of our solutions with outbound sales calls
+ Network (desk led) with resellers of our solutions and build lasting relationships, identifying accounts that show future potential
+ Grow the revenue generated by the Partner Support account base
+ Update and manage the CRM database
+ Work as an integral member of the Partner Support team to meet collective responsibilities / objectives, providing administrative cover when required
+ Work collaboratively with our Regional Account Managers and Technical Services team to provide first-class customer support

Qualifications and Experience:

+ A’ Levels or equivalent
+ The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales or telephone customer service

  • Good knowledge of SCORM technologies
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System

  • Previous working experience in learning design
