ELearning Designer / Learning and Development Consultant
Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary £29,000 - £33,000 per annum (pro rata for part time hours)
Permanent, Full or Part Time
(We can flexibly offer 28-35 hours per week)

The role
We are currently seeking for a proactive individual who is self-driven and autonomous to effectively fulfill our exciting position of ELearning Designer. In this key role you will use creative flair to design, develop and deliver engaging, high-quality, interactive learning solutions.
Utilising a variety of multimedia to create content that feels fresh, modern and current for all colleagues you will also effectively drive forward our blended learning agenda.
Other duties will also include maximising the full functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS) to create structured learning programmes and performance management tools.
Our offices are based in Coalville Leicestershire which is accessible via the A42 corridor and commutable from Tamworth, Nottingham and Derby.
The ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Experience in deployment via a Learning Management System
- Proven track record in designing, developing , creating and implementing effective and engaging ELearning courses and blended learning curriculum
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio / video scripts
- Good knowledge of SCORM technologies
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- Strong digital and ICT skills including use of visual design: internet, email/Outlook calendar, mobile phone/tablet, Office 360 & Digital Safety.
- Previous working experience in learning design
