We're looking for a talented, passionate Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Digital team at an exciting time for KCOM. This is a new role that will be at the forefront of Marketing for our new expansion, and at the centre of connecting our marketing investment to ROI and making data and insight based decisions.

What will I be doing?

  • Set and deliver the acquisition and retention plans to achieve consumer and business KPI's including customer connects, ARPU and revenue
  • Monitor marketing performance and ensure all channels are effectively optimised.
  • Develop and manage a suite of paid media and analytics tracking tools.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure all campaign activity is effectively implemented, monitored and optimised.
  • Alongside the Senior Brand and Campaign Manager, work with external agencies to deliver best-in-class activity.
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of professionals to deliver the Digital and Direct marketing channel plans.

What do I need to do this job?

You will have previous experience of working in a similar role or looking for the next step up, however previous experience of leading and developing a team is a must, along with experience of budget management.

Commercial skills and business acumen are also essential for this role and you will be a natural in terms of numerical and logical skills.

You will be experienced in delivering successful acquisition strategies; developing customer retention plans and reporting marketing performance to P&L KPI's.

You will also have experience of digital marketing channels, evaluating and optimising digital marketing activity and will understand GDPR and the impact on marketing communications.

  • Work with the Marketing Campaign Manager to ensure digital marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, reporting accurate KPIs.
  • Create and manage integrated digital strategies in a multi-channel scenario, incorporating SEO, PPC, Display, Programmatic, Remarketing and Paid for Social.
  • Carry out extensive digital competitor and market analysis and produce. recommendations for changes to KCOM's digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest development in digital marketing opportunities and recommend to the KCOM senior team where relevant.

What do I need to do this job?

Previous experience of directly managing paid digital marketing, including PPC, Paid for Social and Programmatic campaigns is also essential as is previous experience of using a variety of platforms to manage the digital campaigns.

Previous experience of leading SEO and working with 3rd party agencies would be an advantage, but is not essential.
