I'm working with an exclusive customer who is one of the UK's most well-known and successful websites. Their traffic can be around 100 million visitors in any one month, so keeping on top of their changing infrastructure is vital.

This opportunity for a Front-End Engineer will be a part of their Product Development Department. Their clever team split allows each squad to focus on one area of the website to deliver great features and products. You'll mix with Product Owners, UX Designers and Architects in this collaborative environment, so an open mind is needed!

Technical Environment:

  • React.Js
  • ES6 + JavaScript
  • Node.Js

High quality code is the main focus, you'll be expected to work within SOLID Principles and exercise TDD. Further to this, the appropriate use of unit test, code reviews and end to end tests.

You will be given the opportunity to learn new languages and skills in this role. The teams are passionate about enhancing developers scope , this could include SASS/Enzyme/Redux/Webpack. Obviously if you already have experience with any of those, that would be an advantage.

Salary will be dependent on experience as this is an exclusive client who are looking to hire more than 1 engineer to join their teams. This does apply to junior and senior applicants.
