This Tier 1 Management Consultancy is now looking to hire a Senior RPA Developer for their growing Intelligent Automation team. This is a permanent home-based position with client-site travel as when and needed across the UK. The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of hands-on Development experience and possess additional coding experience, ideally in SQL and/or .Net, Python, VBA etc.

You must also have strong client stakeholder communication skills, with a real drive to improve ways of working and the ability to work well under pressure.


You will also be responsible for mentoring a team of junior developers.

Relevant skills and experiences include:

  • UiPath Advanced Developer accredited (UiPath Solution Architect, RPA BA qualifications etc. desirable).
  • Strong client-facing skills, with experience in developing solid partnerships with the team and client alike, as well as collaborating with others to exceed client expectations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in proposing different options and solutions for tackling and resolving issues
