Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for a Test Lead with Automated testing experience in an Agile environment.

You will be leading, coordinating, and delivering in-flight testing workstreams. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. As a Test Lead, you'll be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities. You'll be surrounded by some amazing people and working in one of the best cultures that you can find.

Essential Criteria
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, planning, and organizational skills
Experience of leading the formation of a test team/discipline within technology
Testing experience within a high paced entrepreneurial business
Used to working closely with all members of the team, from Product and UX to Developers
Experience of automated testing of web or mobile apps, including related Back End services and databases.
Competence with SQL Server or equivalent database applications, including creating SQL queries
Experience of testing non-functional requirements such as performance, security and accessibility.
Knowledge and experience of working with agile methodologies and tools
Have the passion to strive for continuous improvement both from a personal and team perspective
Sound understanding of software testing techniques and processes

Preferable Criteria
