WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our new software development manager you will be welcomed into a team of brilliant developers, engineers and project managers, where you will use your development experience, alongside your knowledge of Python / ANGULAR / TYPESCRIPT / AWS to help guide the development of functional and captivating software advancements that are client friendly and effective. You will be working on a variety of short and long term projects with other exceptional professionals in a close and collaborative way which will require good communication skills, the ability to multitask and problem solve. You will also be working in an engaging environment with a strong focus on training and development, we proactively encourage our people to seek opportunities to expand their skills base and experience within the company.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Experience in leading teams of 6+ software developers
  • Commercial experience / knowledge of Python / ANGULAR / TYPESCRIPT / AWS
  • Direct line management experience
  • Worked with all levels of stakeholders
  • Exposure to the full software development lifecycle

THE ROLE

On a daily basis you will be:
