They are looking for a developer with experience working with both .NET and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js. You will be working on a number of large projects, working on the company’s main product that currently holds over 7,000 end-users. However the main purpose of the role is to help develop the company’s brand new product where you will be involved with the full development lifecycle.

Their tech stack is as follows: ASP.NET CORE, ASP.NET MVC, Azure, T-SQL, JavaScript and Vue.js. (You don’t need experience with Vue.js but experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React would be a bonus). The development team follow best practices to write clean and effective code such as Scrum, TDD, BDD, SOLID, pair-programming and continuous integration.

This role offers a lot of technical freedom and personal development opportunities through a personal development and training plan that is set out for you at the beginning of the year. Duties
·Working to champion best practice within data strategy, data and integration frameworks
·Being responsible for gathering and documenting business intelligence and systems integration requirements
·Defining solutions and documenting functional and technical requirements
·Designing, building and maintaining script, data models, integrations, data cubes, data bases and presentation layers through SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Cognos or similar
·To work with the IT Team and the firm in implementing projects
·Provide technical advice and support in the software development life cycle
·Complete tasks on time and within agreed change project budget
·Complete routine systems maintenance
·Proactively resolve identified problems by working with end users effectively
·Assist in the delivery of appropriate training to end users

Skills and experience
Overall understanding of activities within a data and integration environment, are essential for this role, these will include:
·Business Intelligence and systems integration developer experience in excess of 3 years
·Strong SQL/T-SQL Skills, C# .Net Development experience
·SQL Server 2016 onwards including SSRS, SSIS and SSAS
·Previous work with implementing and designing a Data Warehouse
·SSIS development and support, as well as producing system documentation, support documentation and user documentation
·Experience with API development, C#, .NET and SQL is desirable
·Consuming data via REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and HTTP
·You will have good problem solving, technical and analytical skills
·Ability to prioritise effectively, work to deadlines and cope under pressure
·Be an effective communicator, working as part of a team and on your own initiative
