You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in large scale IT change programmes and ideally, have experience of introducing and running a technology governance function. Operating under the SAFe Agile methodology with a three-month Program Increment (PI) and two week sprints the squads follow all the ceremonies typical of Scrum and SAFE.

Requirements

As well as a machining background, suitable candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of 3 axis machining and be able to interpret engineering drawings and have a good knowledge of materials and machining techniques.

The successful CNC Programmer should meet the following criteria, however training can be given:

• Experience using Delcam PowerMill (preferred)
• Proficiency in computer programming and basic IT systems
• Knowledge of programming Heidenhain and Fanuc
• Surface milling of patterns/tooling
