Title: DevOps Engineer (Web App)
Salary: up to £90,000 (Dependant on experience)

Looking a DevOps engineer with a minimum of 4 years technical experience.
Responsibilities of role:

* Supporting and developing automated build & test system and associated program management tooling
* Taking part in daily stand-ups with the DevOps team and your assigned Dev teams to receive work and supply updates, and provide input with respect to design, monitoring, deployment, resource and security requirements.
* Researching and implementing new technologies within the DevOps space to improve the process of code deployment to our environments, seeking to eliminate inefficiency using relevant technology solutions

To be successful you'll need experience with the following:
* Experience using Azure Technologies
* Web app troubleshooting experience, supporting and monitoring load balances. Also, DDoS, Website Security, CDN using tools such as Incapsula.
* Excellent experience in building CI/CD pipelines using automation tools (Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, Git, etc). Able to build/manage a pipeline from start to finish
* Using ARM templates to automate Microsoft Azure
* Experience with containerization principles and frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes)

Our client is looking for a collaborative Senior Backend Software Engineer to join their Software Development Team. They are using state of the art technology and practices, to build out a software platform to support our client's ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years.

Their team is made up of in house and distributed Software Engineers, working closely to deliver on a series of high profile software projects, central to the organisation's strategic success.

Starting with building an API to enable the automated on boarding of more than 2 million new customers, their road map includes projects to deliver back office and automation projects, as well as a platform to manage their fibre network.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new Software Engineering Team, centred at continuous improvement.
