Opus Energy is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio team in Northampton.

Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer in Ipswich, you'll be an experienced and proven creative graphic designer who's driven, organised and confident. You'll take responsibility for high quality design and for the development of both printed and digital marketing materials. These include direct mail, emails, sales support collateral, web pages, and digital assets to name a few. You'll also have the chance to get involved in filming and photography.

You'll be planning, managing and executing design projects with support from your Creative colleagues, including the Senior Graphic Designer. Working to internal briefs and in collaboration with the Marketing team, you'll manage the design work-stream, providing regular progress updates.

The role requires proactivity, the ability to follow brand guidelines and to produce work that maintains a high level of design quality, accuracy and consistency. You'll need a high level of proficiency in the Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and an understanding of web technologies including HTML5 and CSS. Previous experience in the energy sector would be highly beneficial.

We are currently recruiting an Field Service Engineer IT/Hardware for a 12 months rolling contract based in Preston.

Role details are given below:

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Duration: 12 Months rolling contract

Pudo Location: PR5 6PS

Please Note that the candidate must have his/her own car and must possess a Driving License.

Responsibilities:

Field engineers will work with commercial and residential clients to provide hardware technical and break FIX support on Laptops, Desktops and Printers (desirable), but mainly on hardware break FIX ensuring all contractual SLA's are met and delivering in a timely manner.

Accountabilities:

  • Undertake fault diagnosis, basic troubleshooting and ensure effective Break FIX of Laptops, PCs and Printers
  • Escalate calls within given time guidelines.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, hardware and commonly used software and standard applications.
