The Role

As a Data Analyst, you can expect to be working with large data sets providing advanced analytics whilst supporting playing a key part in delivering analytical insights

Responsibilities:

  • Delve into customer behaviour and to help shape improvements via SQL
  • Develop predictive and customer segmentation models via Python
  • Undertake regular loyalty programme analysis, developing dashboards and reports via Tableau or PowerBi
  • Presenting insights to key business stakeholders

Skills and Experience

To qualify for this Data Analyst role, you will need:

  • Advanced analytics and programming for models through Python
  • Commercial experience in a similar data analytics role
  • Hands-on experience of writing complex queries in SQL
  • Experience of business visualisation tools such as Tableau

THE BENEFITS:

The successful candidate will receive a salary, dependent on experience between £35,000 and £50,000 as well as generous benefits.

As the Insight Manager, you will lead on the development of Income Generation Dashboards and reports ensuring anomalies are investigated and clients' needs are met. If you are an Insight Manager with some good data modelling experience you will be perfect for this role as they are starting to invest in machine learning and data science methodologies.

Working for this charity you will get to utilise their flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week.

The Insight Manager will help to generate and embed audience and market insights into the Income Generation department that will enable effective, strategic and data driven decisions. You will play a crucial role in helping to build their new data warehouse within the organisation and produce models from their CRM/Data Warehouse systems to drive performance and future targeting.
