Job Description

Working within a small, highly skilled development team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of transactional web applications, which have capability across a number of platforms.

The role will have a strong Ecommerce focus, and will involve the development of functional enhancements for the business, as well as diagnosing and fixing issues raised with the primary insurance platform and customer facing ecommerce offerings.

The Successful Mid-Level Developer

You will have hands on commercial experience of server side development with Asp.Net, C#, MVC, SQL Server and Razor, as well as practice with SOAP, REST, XML, AJAX, and JSON webservices with WCF and WebAPI.

The right candidate will have the ability to create cross browser compatible websites using W3C standards with front end experience including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3 and 4, as well as JQuery/Javascript.

Experience of working within an Agile/Kanban framework, alongside continuous integration and Devops principles will be highly beneficial, with experience of deployment automation solutions including OctoDeploy, PowerShell, and Team city being highly very desirable.
