Senior Software Engineer! Oxford £50-£75K Multiple Positions!

An exclusive innovative organisation are looking for multiple developers with experience that can hit the ground running straight away. The position will be challenging as the industry is unique. Specialising in solutions for Science Labs, AI and Robotics, this is a very interesting opportunity for Senior Engineers.

To be successful for this role you must have at least 5 solid years programming, driven and must have good communication skills. For the Senior position, it would be quite hands on, however this will move to progress to Engineering manager in the technical department.

What you would need:
* You will manage projects to deliver major new functionality.
* You should have the following skills and knowledge: Python, Linux, Django!
* You have a 2:1 degree in software engineering or computer science, or a degree in a quantitative science degree that had a significant software engineering component.

The second position would be for a Mid Level-Senior Developer with strong Python Development skills.

  • Build a highly automated DevOps pipeline allowing to increase the software release velocity.

  • Help architect and build robust, highly available and scalable systems.

  • Contribute to system designs required for new products / features.

  • Plan, communicate and execute the implementation of new features.

  • Be responsible of automated software releases.

  • Provide DevOps guidance and support to the software engineers

    You Offer:

  • Minimum 3 years of DevOps engineering experience.

  • Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience.

  • Experience with development in one or more of the following: Python, Go, JavaScript.

  • Experience with AWS, Terraform and Jenkins would be great.

  • Good understanding of Linux & shell scripting.

  • Attention to details, good logic problem solving and communication skills.
