I’m working with a company based in East Birmingham who specialises in software for the recruitment industry, who are looking to bring on a Application Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for clients.

You will be dealing with incoming emails, then liaising with clients on issues, finding solutions or escalating them to the relevant teams within agreed SLAs. Ideally, you will have experience with a helpdesk system such as Zendesk, but this is not essential.
