This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing online marketing and software development agency focused on managing and creating multiple global brands within the I-Gaming industry. Being a digital marketing company, the importance of on trend designs and development of on brand marketing assets and website functionality is fundamental. The purpose of the design department is to utilize their extensive knowledge of the end user to create brilliant responsive designs and enhance site features to improve the customer journey and revenue to the business.

Role Overview:
As a Hybrid Designer/Developer, the role is split into development focused projects (80%) and design tasks (20%).

You will be required to take ownership of your projects and see them through to completion, including:
- Site maintenance, feature enhancements and bug fixes;
- Bringing static designs to life with bespoke coding practices;
- Designing marketing assets for email campaigns, Social Media and brand sites;
- Designing and developing new brand mock-ups and presenting your ideas to key senior stakeholders; and
- Conducting market research to ensure the company's brands remain current and that new ideas are being generated.

Skills Required
Essential:
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for design inside and outside of work
- Strong portfolio from either professional/academic/ personal projects with proven ability in designing logotypes, web pages, photo-editing/compositing, banners, and mailers.
- Well versed in coding for responsive designs
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
- Expert in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL
- Experience with Git and Github

Behavioural traits required:
- Creative, laid-back and a team player.
- A lateral thinker that sees project parameters/constraints as a challenge to overcome through ingenuity and innovation.
- Has a passion for design and/or technology outside of their profession.
