The Business:

My client is a technology start-up, that acts as a marketplace for board level talent. The Role:

The business’ Business Development team is tasked with sourcing and converting new clients, who wish to use the platform for their senior hiring needs. Responsibilities:

About the role

This role sits within the Assurance Management and Risk directorate of NHS Digital. The aim of this department is to ensure that the portfolio and risks are managed in an appropriate manner and in accordance with best practice. To achieve this goal, the division are targeted to analyse trends and produce data and reports to ensure that risks and issues are identified, and measures can be developed to mitigate against those risks.

As part of the role you will be responsible for:

  • Producing and delivering Management reports in a timely and accurate manor.
  • Trend Analysis of key management information of programme management such as risk management, planning and milestones.
  • Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile principles and how they are used to deliver products and services.
  • Management of Portfolio Changes.
  • Building and maintaining of reports in PowerBI
  • Ownership of data quality and data cleansing of Corporate Portfolio Management Office (CPMO) owned tools.

About you

We want you to be set for success, these are some of the key skills and experience that you'll bring to the role:

  • Awareness of project and programme management frameworks and practices, such as; risk management, planning, and benefits tracking.
  • Awareness of the Agile manifesto and agile principles, and how they can be used to help deliver products and services.
  • Experience of analysing, tracking and prioritising outstanding actions for the delivery team, taking proactive steps to ensure new actions generated are captured efficiently and delivered against to maintain pace of delivery for larger projects.
  • Substantial experience supporting and working in delivery teams across multiple stages in the delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience supporting complex administration support functions and teams within a change environment, e.g. external and government assurance and review meetings. 
  • Experience in defining delivery objectives and approaches; establishing expectations, timelines, backlogs, release plans, iterative roadmaps, development backlogs and business cases.
  • Ability to professionally challenge late submissions of information, to ensure that timescales are managed and understood. 
  • Experience of managing document management controls and processes across a number of large projects to ensure accurate reporting. 
  • Experience assisting in the identification of key internal and external stakeholders and analysis of their interests, requirements, levels of influence and impact. 
  • Educated to post-graduate level or equivalent qualification/experience (essential).

Recruitment is a high earning, quick progression role. It is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to earn as much as possible, as quickly as possible. Many people will progress from the Graduate Trainee Recruiter level within the first 6-8 months.

In order to work in recruitment, you should ideally be:

  • Educated to a Graduate level with a minimum of a 2:2
  • Have some form of sales experience (no experience in recruitment is needed)
  • Are sporty and happy working in a competitive environment
  • You will be a money motivated individual who is not happy with just doing the bare minimum to get by and wants to maximise their earning potential as quickly as possible.
  • Having a resilient character is a must for working in recruitment, as many recruiters will face set-backs they need to ensure that the Graduate Trainee consultant will not be downhearted by that setback and is happy to push them self to jump over that barrier.

The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting recruiters in their day to day role by resourcing candidates and passing them across to recruiters. After the first 6 months of resourcing, you will then progress onto a recruiting position. Both roles offer a high reward for high output, which allows candidates to get out what they’ve put in by maximising their earning potential and moving up the ladder quickly on a day by day basis.

Salary - £25,000 with uncapped commission on top of base salary. All Graduate Trainee Recruiter have the potential to earn commission and bonuses on top of their salary! With a MINIMUM commission amount of £250 per deal resourced, with no upper limit on how much commission you can earn!

This combined with quarterly and annual bonuses totalling £30,000+, the earning potential is massive!

Our client has reported that their top biller, billed £600,000 in one year!!

Recruitment is a high earning, quick progression role. It is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to earn as much as possible, as quickly as possible. Many people will progress from the Graduate Trainee Recruiter level within the first 6-8 months.

In order to work in recruitment, you should ideally be:

  • Educated to a Graduate level with a minimum of a 2:2
  • Have some form of sales experience (no experience in recruitment is needed)
  • Are sporty and happy working in a competitive environment
  • You will be a money motivated individual who is not happy with just doing the bare minimum to get by and wants to maximise their earning potential as quickly as possible.
  • Having a resilient character is a must for working in recruitment, as many recruiters will face set-backs they need to ensure that the Graduate Trainee consultant will not be downhearted by that setback and is happy to push them self to jump over that barrier.

The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting recruiters in their day to day role by resourcing candidates and passing them across to recruiters. After the first 6 months of resourcing, you will then progress onto a recruiting position. Both roles offer a high reward for high output, which allows candidates to get out what they’ve put in by maximising their earning potential and moving up the ladder quickly on a day by day basis.

Salary - £25,000 with uncapped commission on top of base salary. All Graduate Trainee Recruiter have the potential to earn commission and bonuses on top of their salary! With a MINIMUM commission amount of £250 per deal resourced, with no upper limit on how much commission you can earn!

This combined with quarterly and annual bonuses totalling £30,000+, the earning potential is massive!

Our client has reported that their top biller, billed £600,000 in one year!!

Quick progression – moving from the Resourcer position to a consultant position within the first 12 months.
