Minimum requirements:
Essential
* A good degree in a relevant subject
* Experience of front end design and development
* Solid understanding and recent experience of HTML5 and CSS3
* Demonstrable JavaScript coding skills including knowledge of frameworks such as React and Angular
* Experience of building single page applications in the browser
* Hands-on experience integrating Web applications with REST or GraphQL services
* Knowledge of unit testing and test automation tools and techniques for browser-based user interfaces
* Experience of continuous integration and deployment systems
* A Passion for elegant and intuitive user interfaces

Desirable
* Experience with bleeding-edge APIs such as BLE, USB, WebGL, Service Workers
* App development (iOS/Android/Hybrid)
* Interest in Usability and UX (web application wireframing skills would be an advantage)
* Creativity and a great eye for design
* Familiarity with standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch

They are looking for someone to help them drive forward their next phase of growth, scaling up their universal platform based on best practice, to then be rolled out globally.

They are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in:

  • Commercial experience developing applications and platforms in Python (Django)
  • HTML / CSS
  • JavaScript – React, Angular
  • Cloud services - AWS
  • Relational Databases – PostreSQL, MySQL
  • Cross platform development or migration experience will be a huge plus!
  • Scrum

Just to be clear, this role falls Outside IR35.
