Whilst their main officer are based in Bristol and London, they are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for NHS Projects to cover East and West Sussex (but not limited to this).

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for running projects on a day-to-day basis and delivering projects to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Project values may range from GBP100k to GBP3m, but will typically be between GBP100k and GBP1m.

Required experience & qualifications:

Essential:

* Appropriately chartered construction professional (or with sufficient demonstrable experience)

* Full driving licence

* Experience of JCT Contract Administration

Desirable:

* Experience of NEC contracts

* Experience of working within complex public sector organisations

* Experience of working within the NHS (mental health experience preferable but not essential)

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage the production of the required products

* Direct and motivate the project team

* Plan and monitor the project

* Produce the required documentation and reports

* Manage the risks, including the development of contingency plans
