Marketing Automation Lead - Pardot

As the Marketing Automation Lead for this organisation, you will mainly responsible for taking ownership of the Pardot platform as well as overseeing and managing Marketing Automation Executives.

A major part of your role as the Marketing Automation Lead would be to use Pardot for setting up lead nurturing campaigns through the engagement studio as well as setting up lead scoring and grading. Another key element of this role would be to regularly meet with clients and take requirements back to the team and helping them deliver projects. As this is a Lead role there will be the opportunity to manage a team of Marketing Automation Executives based in the UK as well as overseas.

Key Skills:

  • Experience using Pardot for building out Marketing Automation Campaigns is essential
  • Knowledge of using the Engagement studio for setting up lead nurturing
  • Experience using the lead scoring and grading features of the Pardot platform
  • Experience within a management role or previous line management experience is ideal
  • Certifications such as the Pardot Certified Specialist and the Pardot Certified Consultant are ideal but not essential

The company itself are a young, fun, fast-growing organisation and you would be working with a quite close-knit team that is fairly social and have frequent team nights out. The office environment is fairly casual and mot of the teamwork in dress down. The organisation are quite big on recognising and rewarding good work, which is demonstrated at their quarterly company events. They are also big on personal development and they have a budget marked out for paying out for Pardot certifications.
