THE ROLE
To provide efficient and effective IT administrative support to all business areas by completing general IT administrative duties including phone triage, filling, photocopying, compiling emails, scanning; creating IT accounts andupdating IT policies and procedures.

Requirements: It is essential to have the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to ensure agreed deadlines are met; proficient IT skills with a good working knowledge of word processing (Word or equivalent) and spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent) and a willingness to learn new applications and technology as appropriate; good analytical/problems solving skills; effective communication skills; demonstrable ability to work on own initiative, both independently and co-operatively as part of a team; demonstrable ability to file and retrieve information, both in paper and electronic formats and an understanding of the need to handle information securely and confidentially; demonstrable numeracy skills with the ability to undertake accurate calculations and functional skill required; Maths, English and IT (evidence will be required).
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a service orientated environment understanding the importance of customer care.
