Technical Customer Support Anaylst / Agent - Communications EdTech - Leicester based - Salary £24,000

You will work with the Client Services Department, providing post-training customer support to educational sector clients across the communications products range.

The role is in Leicester and as the Communication Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Assist customers with technical support cases, providing first call resolution where possible, and working to KPIs.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve web software, network, data import and message delivery issues.
  • Manage customer complaints through to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain customer data within the CRM systems and in accordance with GDPR.

Permanent full time position, working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Part time applicants will also be considered.

The role will entail building and maintaining strong relationships with business customers within Germany, you will be contacting prospective customers to build relationships and introduce the company's services, ensuring all customers receive an excellent service and are kept up to date with the services available to them.
