We are looking for experienced cloud/devops engineers with experience of AWS. The system uses web services, message queueing, and multi-threaded Java and Go micro-services to transform and enrich the data as it passes through the middleware to our analytical warehouses. With a powerful suite of Business Intelligence tools and an evolving web portal for managing workforces and market-leading operational management reports, we're building a platform that transforms the technology landscape for mobile workforce management.
To be successful in this role, cloud technologies must be your passion and not just your job. You will need to be an enthusiastic and ambitious technologist with strong communication skills and proven capabilities in designing secure cloud infrastructure from the ground up, this includes everything from VPC level networking to serverless deployment mechanisms like AWS CodePipeline. You'll be driven by the desire to satisfy and inspire our customers through timely delivery of innovative software solutions.

Requirements
* Love coding and putting things into production.
* Have an in depth understanding of IAC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
* Deep understanding how to develop and deploy in a serverless world (why worry about servers?).
* In-depth working knowledge of AWS services such as CodePipeline, Lambda, Amplify DynamoDB
* Practitioner of clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing and continuous deployment.
* Advocate for and create a culture of excellence around continuous deployment to a production environment.
* Can own a technical project from inception to delivery and collaborate with product owners to achieve a balanced solution that provides great customer value.
* Believe that a small number of empowered developers with a product owner is the best way to deliver good software and have experience working this way.

* IAC tools such as Terraform or Cloudformation.
* AWS Professional Certification
* AWS Serverless technology stack
* Experience working in a DevOps Culture.
* Experience architecting DevOps infrastructure.
* Experience continuously deploying to a production environment
* Experience writing in at least one language (Java, Go, Python)
