The Digital Project Manager Role:

Role Accountabilities:

Working with and reporting to the Senior Project Manager, will be involved with the following:

+ Establish and nurture rapport with clients that is conducive to a long-term business relationship.
+ Participate as required in client facings aspects of new account implementation and development.
+ Attend client meetings.
+ Prioritise and deliver multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints.
+ Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and clients, which could include an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments.
+ Work closely with department managers and wide team colleagues to accurately forecast “go live” schedule.
+ Provide problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.
+ Coordinate client resources.
+ Proactively identify and orchestrate prompt resolution of internal and client issues.
+ Offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture.
+ Develop effective relationships to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, client activities and business priorities.
+ Provide team support and product information on strategic products as assigned by manager.
+ Produce regular departmental/project reporting as required.
+ Lead Agile project ceremonies
+ Create detailed product requirements in the form of Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

Key Attributes:

+ Educated to degree level or equivalent.
+ A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar project delivery/implementation role, ideally in a technology or software as a service environment.
+ Comfortable with working in a fast paced, multi-project, deadline heavy environment with software-based solutions.
+ Previous experience on mobile app projects using native iOS and Android.
+ Proficient across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
+ Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
