Huxley Associates and a Global Name in Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas and Marine Engineering are looking to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis, owing to succession planning within the organisation.

Reporting into the Projects Group Manager, the Project Manager will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of all customer Engineering projects, from Proposal / Bid stage all the way through to deliver, therefore, the Project Manager should have previous experience of driving small - large Multi-Phase projects from Cradle to Grave.

Experience / Skills-wise, my client is looking for a Project Manager who possesses the following:

  • Engineering background (Ideally Mechanical, but Civil, Structural, Manufacturing Engineering considered)
  • HNC / HND / Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering and Project Engineering/ Project Management within an Engineering/ Design / Manufacturing / Production environment
  • Previous full lifecycle project delivery experience (including financial responsibility for project).
  • Previous experience of customer facing project delivery within a Manufacturing /Engineering environment
  • "Can Do" Attitude to Project Delivery
  • Articulate and effective communicator capable of working with stakeholders at all level.

For the successful Project Manager, a salary up to £40,000 + Bonus + Pension is on offer.
