The person:
*Extensive experience in C# and related .NET technologies such as LINQ, Generics, Lambdas.
*Demonstrable experience delivering and maintaining robust software
*Experience mentoring junior team members
*Expertise with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
*Expertise with TDD, BDD and CI, CD workflows
*Knowledge of Git and branching strategies such as GitFlow and GitHubFlow
*Understanding of enterprise and distributed architecture patterns and principles
*Strong awareness of non-functional concerns such as performance, scalability and security
*Familiar with RESTful API design
*Familiar with SQL and NoSQL repositories
*Developer experience in a commercial environment
