*Out and out Juniper experience with ideally certifications, must have +4 years of demonstrated experience.
*understanding and experience working alongside network architects
*Experience with solarwinds
*Solaris, RedHat Linux, HPUX is desirable.
*knowledge of remedy tooling

Job Role

  • This will involve working closely with the legal and business development teams to gather requirements, advise on content and design and define a strategy for the tools.
  • You will also work closely alongside the Innovation team in the handover of products from the innovation pipeline and in the investigation of internal and external opportunities to use technology.
  • Working with the Innovation Manager to support the transition of any new tools into the TechSet and referring ideas/requests from the business to the Innovation Manager where they cannot be serviced by the existing products
  • Keeping up to date with new upgrades or versions to the tools and the opportunities they may present
  • Defining a strategy and roadmap for the TechSet tools and their roll out internationally where appropriate
  • Management of the vendors and contract obligations for the products, feeding back on service and product improvements

Skills Required

  • The ideal candidate will have experience as a Legal Technology Manager or Senior Tech Engineer.
  • This role would be ideal for someone with 3 years legal tech experience, looking to step-up in to management.
  • You will have a passion for new technologies and recognising modern trends
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, running design workshops and understanding of legal processes.
  • Previous management of legal tech tools, such as; portals, document automation and decision engineers.

Role Purpose

To develop and deliver the technology strategy as well as the management and continuous improvement of the technology systems and processes.  To play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the business technology initiatives through contributing professionally to a variety of initiatives, new developments and projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all UK IT operations including service delivery, infrastructure and IT project management.

  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
