C# Software Developer - 12-months - London - £500-600 IR35 STATUS PENDING

We here at Parity have an opportunity for a highly skilled C# Software Developer to join our major public sector client on a 12-month interim basis, this role is based in London.

Security Clearance (SC) is preferred for the role but not essential. All applicants must be prepared to undergo Enhanced Security Clearance vetting.

An applicant must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years out of the past 5 years in order to provide the footprint required to conduct an SC clearance check. This is a national requirement for any applicant to UK roles that require SC clearance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, Develop and deliver individual components
  • Development of technical Specification, Unit Test Plan
  • Development of the Objects as per Technical Specification
  • Unit Testing of the Development Objects
  • Peer Review of technical Specifications, Developed Objects
  • Ensure delivery within relevant statutory and policy obligations.
  • Proactively progress best practices including continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Developing code for multiple applications deployed via Continuous Integration and using containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Developing for maximum benefit from cloud native services and transitioning line of business capabilities to do so

Essential Knowledge

  • .net, C#, Windows, SQL Server
  • Understand GIT Branching methodologies
  • Experience of IDEs (visual Studio) and source code management (Azure DevOps, GitHub) would be an advantage.
  • Skilled in the best approaches to creating code and high quality coding standards
  • Capability to create an automated build and automated deployment to a test environment
  • Proven capability of being able to resolve multiple merge conflicts
  • Team player: always transparent, making critical decisions with the input from other team members
  • Promotes best working standards with their peers and within the Team as a whole - guides, trains, helps etc.
  • Experience of creating applications which take best advantage of Microsoft Azure
  • Angular experience

Key responsibilities:
*Business Analysis support for access management projects
*Supporting the team with process, run books, on-boarding documentation
*Identifying access management toxic combination (as a basic level).
*Working with the international teams to capture requirements from the various regulators.

The Incident Response Analyst will come with strong Windows Active Directory, Linux and Cisco knowledge and be well versed with Forensic tools, EnCase, FTK, Internet Evidence Finder (IEF) / AXIOM, TZWorks, and/or Cellebrite and have strong Enterprise Windows Security Controls experience.
