Performing reviews on completed developments to ensure they meet the original requirements

Performing document analysis to gather more information on requirements or processes

Providing assistance to the developers and any other internal staff around development queries

Participate in daily Agile Scrum

Carry out research into a specific area and write up findings following investigation

Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work

Become a Subject Matter Expert within one of the company’s divisions, acting as a source of knowledge able to provide advice, or make decisions, on the direction of the product/s within that division

Acting as a gatekeeper of good quality across multiple areas, including but not limited to capturing good requirements, ensuring development items have a good quality of information, ensuring Release Notes are informative and appropriate for the target audience.
