An exciting opportunity has become available to join our client as a Junior Support Technician. If you are wanting to embark on a career in IT or want a role with great growth potential, this is the perfect place for you. They will provide training for all internal systems as well as relevant certifications including Cisco, Juniper, Forcepoint, Palo Alto and Meraki tracks.

The role includes mediating between customers, suppliers, resellers and internal teams via telephone and email, and updating internal CRM to ensure all cases are accurately tracked. You will be a primary contact point for customers to log queries and faults, advise customers of planned engineering works, work with their data providers, along with providing detailed updates to internal and external customers.

You will need good attention to detail coupled with a positive minded can-do attitude. The ability to work on your own initiative is essential as you will be handling complex cases and taking ownership of issues.

Your working hours will be 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm with 30 minutes lunch.

While this is role is aimed a more junior position, it would really suit someone who wants to become a fully-fledged Network/IT engineer.

We've been the recruitment partner for this organisation for many years and love working with these guys. The ideal candidate will be an experienced QA Tester who is leading a team of Testers as a Lead Tester and looking for a step up into a management position or someone already working in a QA Management position who is looking to implement new ideas and processes into a greenfield testing environment that is looking for a leader to implement a new strategic vision for the function.

Penetration Tester - 50% home-office

We are looking for a Penetration Tester for an end to end service provider in Cyber Security in Vienna. The role provides a lot of flexibility, whereas you are with the client 50% of the time and the rest is home-office.

You will work with a young and dedicated team of penetration testers, for a well known company.
